SITE TERMS OF USE
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Site Terms of Use (hereinafter - "Terms of Use") regulate the procedure for using the haistergin.com website (hereinafter – the "Site").
1.2. If You visit this Site, You automatically agree to these Terms of Use. If You do not agree to these Terms of Use, You should leave this Site.
1.3. Legal relations not regulated by these Terms of Use are regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.
2. DEFINITION OF TERMS
2.1. "Site Owner" is a LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "HAISTER GIN", which is registered and operates in accordance with laws of Ukraine (identification code 44282607, address: 79067, Ukraine, Lviv region, Lviv, 17 Poetychna street).
2.2. "User" or “You” is an able-bodied natural person who has reached the age of 18, who visits the Site and receives information from the Site Owner and/or purchases the goods presented on the Site for purposes not related to the implementation of business activities, or a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur who receives information from the Site Owner and/or makes a purchase of the goods presented on the Site.
2.3. "Materials" is all materials posted on the Site (including, but not limited to, original photographs, graphic images, logos, texts, etc.), which are objects of copyright, signs for goods and services, industrial designs, commercial (brand) names and other objects of intellectual property rights.
3. USE OF THE SITE MATERIALS
3.1. The Site Owner allows You as a User to view the Materials posted on the Site and familiarize yourself with them for informational purposes only for personal/non-commercial use, provided that all information about copyright and other intellectual property rights contained in the original materials and any copies thereof is preserved.
3.2. The User hasn’t right, without the prior written consent of the Site Owner, to modify the Materials in any way, reproduce, distribute or display them in any form, as well as use them in any other way for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.
3.3. Any use of the Materials on other web resources without the prior written consent of the Site Owner is prohibited.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
4.1. When making a pre-order/order on the Site, the User undertakes to provide complete and reliable contact information about himself, including the information necessary for the delivery of the goods if necessary. All responsibility for the consequences of specifying invalid/inaccurate contact data rests with the User.
5. MESSAGES
5.1. The Site Owner reserves the right to send the User service messages related to the operation of the Site and/or the fulfillment of the User's pre-order/order.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. The Site materials are provided "as is", without any guarantees. The Site Owner does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the materials regarding the goods and services presented on the Site. The Site Owner may at any time without notice make changes to the Materials and services provided on the Site, as well as to the products and prices mentioned therein.
8.2. In case detection of outdated information about goods and services on this Site, the Site Owner does not undertake to update them.
8.3. The Site Owner under no circumstances bears responsibility for any damages incurred as a result of the use or inability to use the information posted on the Site.
8.4. Within the maximum limits allowed by current legislation, neither the Site Owner nor any other party involved in the creation, production or maintenance of the Site shall be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damage that may have been caused by the User having access to the Site, used it or relied on it, even if the User has been warned of the possibility of such damages and losses.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The Site Owner reserves the right at any time, at its own discretion, make changes to the text of these Terms of Use without notifying Users by publishing a new version of the Terms of Use. The actual (current) version of the Terms of Use is always available on the Site.
